Is Boxing For Me?

Do you have a pulse and like to sweat? If so, then YES. If you want to lose weight, get physically and mentally stronger or want to become an amateur boxer then we have a program for you.

Ok, I’m interested- what do I do next?

Claim your $50 voucher for any of our programs and book into one of the orientation slots where we’ll give you a tour of the gym, explain our programs and show you some basics like the stance, hand positioning and basic punches. If the orientation times don’t work for you just email us and we’ll fit you into a time that works for you. Click Here to claim your voucher and book an orientation!

Do you have showers and towels?

Yes and towels are included in your membership or class drop in. We want you to leave the gym lookin fresh!

How do I get to No Excuse?

You can walk, run, bike, drive or Uber to 1400 Plains Rd E unit 206- corner of Brant Street directly above JP Motors. Take the Brant Street Exit from the 403, head south and turn right on Plains Rd E, first building on the left. Take the Fairview exit from the QEW and go straight on Plains Rd E, turn into the same plaza ShooterVille. We have plenty of parking.

Boxing’s not my thing but I like the sound of your Bootcamp, Fight Fit and Strength. Can I come there and not box?

Of course, our strength coaches will work to get you in fight shape and you’ll never have to put on a pair of gloves!

I’m new and I have a hectic schedule- will the times and class level work for me?

Our goal is to make getting healthy and staying healthy accessible to everyone which is why we offer programs for all levels that can be done in the gym or from home. Classes are available in the mornings, at noon and evenings. And we have an open door booking policy for Personal Training which means you can just drop in Monday-Friday between 6am and 1pm or 4pm to 9pm and work with a coach without pre-booking, matching schedules with a coach is no longer a problem. Saturday and Sunday drop ins between 8am and 5pm. If you prefer to book ahead you can do that too.
