Strength Training

A combination of weight training and high intensity interval training. You’ll perform compound lifts and fast-paced cardio challenges.

Kids Tae Kwon Do

An introduction to the Tae Kwon Do, and fitness led by a certified TKD instructor. Your kids will be learning the Ancient Korean Martial Art with a sensei who studied under the world famous Master Rick Sue. 
Who it’s for:
Boys and girls age 7-16 looking to get fit and learn discipline and mental strength through TKD (the kids are divided by age and experience).
Kids looking advance through a TKD curriculum.
What you'll need:
A willingness to work hard. The willingness to learn something new.

What it is:

An introduction to the Tae Kwon Do, and fitness led by a certified TKD instructor. Your kids will be learning the Ancient Korean Martial Art with a sensei who studied under the world famous Master Rick Sue.

Who it’s for:

Boys and girls age 7-16 looking to get fit and learn discipline and mental strength through TKD (the kids are divided by age and experience). Kids looking advance through a TKD curriculum.

What you’ll need:

A willingness to work hard. The willingness to learn something new.

The Open Door Policy

We have an open door booking policy for Personal Training which means you can just drop in Monday-Friday between 6am and 1pm or 4pm to 9pm and work with a coach without pre-booking, matching schedules with a coach is no longer a problem. Saturday and Sunday drop ins are between 8am and 5pm. If you prefer to book ahead you can do that too.
