What it is:
An introduction to the Tae Kwon Do, and fitness led by a certified TKD instructor. Your kids will be learning the Ancient Korean Martial Art with a sensei who studied under the world famous Master Rick Sue.
Who it’s for:
Boys and girls age 7-16 looking to get fit and learn discipline and mental strength through TKD (the kids are divided by age and experience).
Kids looking advance through a TKD curriculum.
What you’ll need:
A willingness to work hard. The willingness to learn something new.
